Return Policy

Due to the nature of print-on-demand art, all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

If your print is damaged during shipping, please email us at info@roomnoir.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can process a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

If your print is damaged or defective, we cover the cost of shipping for the replacement. You won’t need to worry about any additional charges.

Each print is custom-made upon order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your print is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For U.S. orders, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. No additional charges will be applied at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) through Stripe and WooCommerce Pay. Additionally, we offer flexible payment options such as Afterpay and Affirm.

  • Afterpay: Split your purchase into four interest-free payments, made every two weeks. Simply select Afterpay at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to their platform to complete your order.
  • Affirm: Break your purchase into monthly payments. Choose Affirm at checkout to apply and see the available payment plans.
