Description

Veiled Light is an abstract fine art photograph created with art model Amy (IG: psstmagic) in Tulum, Mexico.

Nina and I first met Amy during a photography workshop in Tulum. After the workshop, we had an opportunity to continue creating together and explore a more personal approach to photographing form, movement, and natural light.

In Veiled Light, Amy is photographed through layers of translucent fabric, allowing her figure to become part of the texture of the image itself. Her raised hand, upward gaze, and softly obscured form shift the photograph away from traditional portraiture and toward something more abstract and painterly.

The fabric hides detail while revealing shape. Light moves across the surface, creating layers of warmth, shadow, and movement that leave much of the image open to interpretation.

Veiled Light is produced as a limited edition fine art Giclée print on Hahnemühle German Etching Giclée paper, selected for its soft matte surface and ability to reproduce the delicate tonal transitions throughout the photograph.

All prints are presented on Hahnemühle German Etching Giclée paper.

Frames are solid wood from sustainable sources, manufactured to high standards.
